An employer loan, not a cooperative loan — no interest, no penalties. Repaid automatically via monthly payroll deduction until fully paid off.

Upload a CSV or Excel (.xlsx/.xls) file. First row must be a header with name, employment_date (YYYY-MM-DD), and basic_salary (in ₦) columns. Optional: job_title, phone, email, bank_name, bank_account_number, tin, pension_rsa_number, housing_allowance, transport_allowance, other_allowance. A name matching an existing employee is skipped, not overwritten — use "Set salary" to change an existing employee's pay.

Every guarantor still has to confirm before this goes to admin review — either themselves from their own wallet, or recorded manually by an admin afterward (Loans list, once this is created) — same safeguard as a member applying directly, just not skipped because someone else initiated it.

A lump sum from one member, split across savings, dues, loan repayment, shares, or investment. Each split updates that part of the member's own account exactly as if it had been recorded separately — this just does it in one action, with one reference. An investment split must be an exact multiple of that product's unit price.
